Hometown Hero's Mural

The Hometown Heroes mural was comprised of 3 paintings of Grande Prairie's symbol, The Trumpeter Swan and 79 photographs with biographies honouring Grande Prairie's Hometown Hero's including Tim Heimdal, the muralist himself.



Tim's Trumpeter Swan mural was painted on site at Kin Gallery, Center 2000 Grande Prairie, Alberta Canada


Tim has painted hundred's of murals including his 7 story mural of Kakwa Falls and his  depictions of Grande Prairie's history on buildings throughout the city and at GP Museum.

Tim also won the Jennie Tetreau Award for out standing achievement for set design, scenic painting and stage performances in over 150 drama productions.
